Speaking & Keynotes

As a speaker, my goal is simple , to inspire people to think differently about their wellbeing and to take meaningful action that lasts. I deliver engaging, evidence-based talks that connect with audiences of all kinds, from corporate teams and schools to universities, community groups, and sports clubs.

With years of experience presenting to diverse audiences, I’m comfortable talking about almost every key aspect of wellbeing, including sleep, stress, mental health, physical activity, resilience, and men’s health. Each session is designed to inform, motivate, and challenge, blending science, practical advice, and real-world stories in a way that resonates.

Every audience is unique, which is why my keynotes and talks are always tailored to the people in the room. Whether it’s a company wellbeing day, a school assembly, a university awareness event, or a sports club looking to build a stronger wellbeing culture, I make sure the message feels relevant, engaging, and actionable.

My approach combines professional expertise with genuine passion. I don’t just talk about wellbeing, I live and teach it in workplaces, communities, and through one-to-one coaching. That breadth of experience means I understand the challenges people face every day, and how small changes can make a big difference.
