Terms of Use
By using this website you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Brian Samson, a workplace wellbeing expert based in Dublin, Ireland.

The content is general information, not advice
Everything published here, including the articles, the newsletter and the podcast, is general information about workplace wellbeing. It is written for organisations and for the people who look after wellbeing within them.
It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for it.
- Nothing here diagnoses, treats or manages any medical or psychological condition.
- If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor or another qualified professional. If it is urgent, contact your GP, your local emergency department, or the emergency services.
- Reading this site does not create a professional or advisory relationship of any kind.
Wellbeing research moves. Content is written in good faith and believed accurate when published, but it is not maintained indefinitely, and it may not fit your particular organisation or circumstances.
